Online Registration Guidelines

ONLINE REGISTRATION GUIDELINES

We expect the prospective parents to read the following guidelines and criteria very carefully before proceeding to the Online Registration page. It is important to follow the correct procedures in order to make your online registration valid and help us process your data as smoothly as possible. If you need any assistance with the online registration or require any clarification regarding the same, we request you to call our administrative office at 4161201*103.

GENERAL GUIDELINES

1. The School believes in absolute transparency with regards to its admissions.
2. The Online Registration Portal for the ensuing academic year will be open for SIBLINGS category from 01st October'19, and for NON-SIBLINGS category from the 03rd October '19.
3. Online Registration DOES NOT MEAN ADMISSION.
4. THIS REGISTRATION IS ONLY FOR INDIAN STUDENTS FOLLOWING THE CBSE CURRICULUM.
5. The school reserves the right to exclude children whose behavioural needs cannot be met by the school.
6. Admissions are strictly based on the following:
   1. Availability of seats
   2. For Nursery and LKG, admission will not be on ‘First Come, First Served’ basis. The School Admission Committee will call the prospective students in the registered order and will select the students ONLY after meeting the parents along with the child, on the assigned date. Failure on the part of the parents to keep this appointment will be considered as cancellation of registration.
   3. List of students who are selected for admission into Nursery and LKG will be uploaded on the school website within a week or on the dates decided by the committee.
   4. Once a seat has been allocated to a child, it will be reserved for him/her till the validity date on the admission slip. Failure to fulfill the formalities of admission within this stipulated time period will lead to cancellation of admission, which will then be given to the next suitable candidate. The Admission Committee’s decision on the above will be FINAL.
   5. From UKG – Grade 9 - admission is based on the student’s performance in the Placement Test.
   6. Placement Test results will be declared on the dates decided by the Admission Committee.
7. Our entry level is Nursery or LKG. The age limit for Nursery is 2 years and 9 months and for LKG it is 3 years and 6 months as on April 1^st of the New Academic Year.
8. Siblings and Staff’s Children will be given preference over the general category applicants. This is as per our management rules.
9. Duplicate entries will be considered as INVALID. These registrations cannot be transferred to friend or family.
10. Recommendation / request letters regarding admission will amount to rejection of the Registration. Kindly do not meet the school authorities regarding such matters.
11. The Online Registration link will be closed on the date decided by the School Admission Committee.
12. The Admission Committee reserves its rights on all the issues regarding admission. They reserve the right to reject any admission without assigning any reason.
